ROŠER Online School

1. General

These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the website and the ROŠER online school (hereinafter: the Provider), the rights and obligations of the user, and the business relationship between the Provider and the customer.

By using the website and purchasing online courses, the user agrees to these terms.

3. Scope of the offer

The provider enables the purchase of access to digital educational content, which includes:

• video lessons
• music materials
• learning programs for playing the diatonic accordion

Access to the content is provided via a user account on the online platform.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in EUR.

Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and may change without prior notice.

Available payment methods:

• credit/debit card
• online payments (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• other methods available on the website

The Provider issues an invoice in electronic form.

5. Access to content

After successful payment, the user gains access to the purchased content.

Access:

• is personal and linked to the user account
• is not transferable to third parties
• is valid for the period stated at purchase (e.g., monthly subscription or lifetime access)
• the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled by the subscriber

The Provider reserves the right to change the content or structure of the courses.

6. Right to withdraw from the contract

By purchasing, the user expressly agrees that the digital service begins immediately after payment.

As a result, the user loses the right to withdraw from the contract (14 days), in accordance with legislation for digital content.

7. Subscription cancellation (if applicable)

The user may cancel the subscription by notifying the Provider via info@gc-roser.si and submitting a cancellation request.

The cancellation takes effect for the next billing period.

8. Liability

The Provider is not liable for:

• internet outages or the user’s devices not working
• temporary technical issues on the platform
• incorrect use of the content by the user

The Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted operation, but does not guarantee 100% availability.

9. Intellectual property

The content on the website (videos, texts, sheet music, materials) is protected by copyright.

Without written permission, the following is prohibited:

• copying
• reproduction
• distribution
• public performance or sharing of content

10. Personal data protection

The Provider protects personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR, ZVOP-2).

Data is used exclusively for:

• processing the purchase
• communicating with the user and informing the user about news, promotions, and offers
• improving services

11. Complaints and claims

The user may send complaints or questions to info@gc-roser.si

The Provider will respond as soon as possible.

12. Dispute resolution

The Provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve disputes.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Slovenia.

13. Changes to the terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms.

Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
