General<\/h2>\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the website and the RO\u0160ER online school (hereinafter: the Provider), the rights and obligations of the user, and the business relationship between the Provider and the customer.<\/p>\n<p>By using the website and purchasing online courses, the user agrees to these terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. Scope of the offer<\/h2>\n<p>The provider enables the purchase of access to digital educational content, which includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>video lessons<\/li>\n<li>music materials<\/li>\n<li>learning programs for playing the diatonic accordion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Access to the content is provided via a user account on the online platform.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n<p>All prices are listed in EUR.<\/p>\n<p>Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and may change without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>Available payment methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>credit\/debit card<\/li>\n<li>online payments (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>other methods available on the website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Provider issues an invoice in electronic form.<\/p>\n\n<h2>5. Access to content<\/h2>\n<p>After successful payment, the user gains access to the purchased content.<\/p>\n<p>Access:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>is personal and linked to the user account<\/li>\n<li>is not transferable to third parties<\/li>\n<li>is valid for the period stated at purchase (e.g., monthly subscription or lifetime access)<\/li>\n<li>the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled by the subscriber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Provider reserves the right to change the content or structure of the courses.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Right to withdraw from the contract<\/h2>\n<p>By purchasing, the user expressly agrees that the digital service begins immediately after payment.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the user loses the right to withdraw from the contract (14 days), in accordance with legislation for digital content.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Subscription cancellation (if applicable)<\/h2>\n<p>The user may cancel the subscription by notifying the Provider via <a href=\"mailto:info@gc-roser.si\" class=\"sk-terms-email\">info@gc-roser.si<\/a> and submitting a cancellation request.<\/p>\n<p>The cancellation takes effect for the next billing period.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>The Provider is not liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>internet outages or the user\u2019s devices not working<\/li>\n<li>temporary technical issues on the platform<\/li>\n<li>incorrect use of the content by the user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted operation, but does not guarantee 100% availability.<\/p>\n\n<h2>9. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>The content on the website (videos, texts, sheet music, materials) is protected by copyright.<\/p>\n<p>Without written permission, the following is prohibited:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>copying<\/li>\n<li>reproduction<\/li>\n<li>distribution<\/li>\n<li>public performance or sharing of content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>10. Personal data protection<\/h2>\n<p>The Provider protects personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR, ZVOP-2).<\/p>\n<p>Data is used exclusively for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>processing the purchase<\/li>\n<li>communicating with the user and informing the user about news, promotions, and offers<\/li>\n<li>improving services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n<h2>11. Dispute resolution<\/h2>\n<p>The Provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve disputes.<\/p>\n<p>Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n<h2>13.
